Gather the necessary documents below and CLICK HERE to initiate the registration process electronically. Then you will need to visit the school to complete the process. You may obtain a paper enrollment packet from the school if needed.

Once the application is complete with supporting documentation, you and your child will be invited to an Orientation to complete the enrollment process.
Proof of Residence (MUST have TWO.) *
_____ Current apartment rent receipt or home lease agreement, mortgage
document, or property tax record
_____ Current utility bill (electric, gas, water), cable, or home phone
_____ Current Florida driver’s license, automobile registration,
_____ Current voter registration document, State of Florida
_____ Proof of current government benefits (disability, Medicare, food
stamps, Department of Children and Families (DCF) correspondence)
**Each proof must include the name and current address. Post office boxes,
private mail box addresses or commercial establishment addresses are
not sufficient. *.
